Vidja Gaymez, mango, and animu

Sun Sep 13, 2009, 10:48 PM
Recently, I've been watching less and less Anime, reading a few more graphic novels, and playing video games like there is no tomorrow.
I guess I feel like I'm outgrowing anime, which is sad, but I really don't enjoy it that much anymore. If something catches my interest with Aaron, I might watch it. If I see a particularly cute graphic novel, I may read it. But if it's a video game, I am ALL over that.

So, soon you will be seeing more art from me in the form of:

Charms (sculpy clay!)
Papercraft (I have been diddling around in it!)
Porcelin (I've done some nice things, and I like flowers!)
Woodburning (It smells good!)
Traditional art (Probably "Tales of -" and tons of Bandai-Namco stuff)

I have this account and rarely post things, so I figured I might as well start, huh?

I've been thinking of working more with Flash Animation, partly because moving things are cooler than stay-still things, and partly because a few friends of mine could always use more Flash Animators to animate their crrazzzzyy ideas (my irl good friend wrote the famous Newgrounds Flash series "Brawl Taunts", and she could always use someone she has easy access to for other stuff).

That's all, for now. Expect more, though!

  • Mood: Zeal
  • Listening to: Castle Crasher Soundtrack
  • Reading: Nothing, at the moment!
  • Watching: Aaron play Halo 3
  • Playing: Rune Factory Frontier
  • Eating: Corn Dogs!
  • Drinking: Pepsi

Hello! I see that you like Senshi-Con (I noticed you watching SenshiCon).
I thought I would say hello and if you wanted to see fanart and such for Senshi-Con, you should watch my account as well.
I will try and upload fanart and once I get permission for this to be the official deviantart account, the other one may be deleted.

I would ask Phillip Matias, creator of the Senshi-Con mascots, before you try to get the other account, the official Senshi-Con deviantart account, deleted.

:iconsenshi-con:
I have spoken to Phillip, he completely approved of fanart, as long as I acknowledge him as the creator (which I do). SenshiCon on deviantart is currently locked down, password would be e-mailed to a e-mail they believe no longer exists. I have spoken at the last meeting and they say the account is fine, at least for now. Not yet the official but getting there.

Zommmbie!

How's you? I'm terribly tired. D: I've been training to be a nurse aid, and been doing clinicals the past two days.

Aaah, clinicals. *Shudder* Mom had to do those. She's the head M.A. of the largest Women's Clinic up here now (looking at lady parts all day, woo!). I'll be working with her soon in Pre-loading and Database Managment. I <3 labs so much. Labwork is just ... absolute! And it doesn't lie! False positive, maybe, but no outright lies!
I'm doing pretty-sorta-okay. Maybe. Remember those grumpy times in middle/high school? The ones where I get in a funk for months at a time? Kinda having one of those! It'll pass, though. My friend Kira will likely beat it out of me.
OMG So I called Alex at 3 a.m. just to leave him a nonsense voicemail and piss him off. Aaaah, good times.

I have to look at male parts too, and it's more than looking. D: I be a professional ass wiper now. Though there' smore to it than that. P:

Aww, I hope you get out of said funk. I'm totally in one, but getting a job might help.
